Domestic shipment
As soon as the order is placed, you should expect a delivery time of 2 to 5 days. All shipments are made using local transport company in your country. If for any reason the order is delayed, we will directly contact and update you. Once the order is placed, making changes to the delivery address will involve extra costs and mutual acceptance by both parties.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs depends of the country you are in and the final destination - but be certain that we make everything to keep as low as possible.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If after a period of 5 working days, upon reception of your payment confirmation, you have not received your order, you can contact us by email at hola@coladepezswim.com.
International shipment
You should find the option in the check out page - if not, you can contact us via email at hola@coladepezswim.com or by writing a direct message on Instagram @coladepezswim - we will find the best way to deliver your order.
Returns
If the size you have ordered is not the correct one for you, do not worry, contact us (under 14 calendar days) and we will replace the product with the new size you need. You will have to send us the merchandise you initially received, in the same conditions, and we will return it with the correct size. You will only have to cover the costs to return the order to us, the new shipment will be on our account.
If you are not convinced by the model you choose once you see yourself wearing it, we give you the possibility to change it (only applicable one time). Here as well, you will only have to cover the costs to return the order to us, the new shipment will be on our account.
Please, understand that it is necessary that the product has not been used and that you send it to us in similar conditions in which it was delivered with labeling, packaging, hygienic protector, and other specific characteristics.
How should I return or exchange an item?
You can return the item purchased from COLADEPEZ within 14 calendar days from the delivery date:
· Send us an e-mail indicating the order number and we will send you a form and a return label. Fill in the form and send it to us at hola@coladepez.com.
· Prepare the package in the box/bag of the order (or in any other box/bag tightly closed), which guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. Return the merchandise in its original condition, if possible, its original packaging and labeling. If this original packaging and labeling are not included, COLADEPEZ SWIMWEAR reserves the right to consider that the product has suffered a depreciation.
· You just have to stick the label that we have provided to you on the outside of the package and take it to the Colissimo office of your choice.
The return costs are borne by the customer
As soon as we receive the products we will proceed to refund the amount immediately, in the same form of payment in which you purchased it. We will notify you via email once the refund has been made.
All return conditions also apply to exchanges.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Regulatory Regulations of Distance Sales, customers of the European Union have 14 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order.
In such a case, the money will be refunded and the order collected following the procedure indicated above.
